Ltd. (HRPL). Primary responsibility Accountable within assigned market(s) to manage the Multiple MINI MARKET and TERRITORIES, Real Estate portfolio for all new site development relocation, rebuilding and existing Real Estate assets.
Qualification Any Graduate

Key Responsibility Areas

DGM – Real Estate

  1. Partners with the Regional Construction team within an assigned geographical area to optimize Place and to align goals with corporate strategies.
  2. Gathers and analyzes information on the potential of the market and each restaurant in assigned geographical area
  3. Fosters the Team approach to Development within the region.
  4. Develops and utilizes a network of Brokers and other outside consultants.

    Partners with the Area Construction Manager to prioritize development opportunities to ensure best use of capital (e.g., timing, funding and returns) within the region.

  5. Utilizes the Gold Site Development Standards to optimize the sales performance of existing restaurants (e.g., visibility, 24 hour, drive-thru, landscaping, signage, marketing, access).
  6. Maintains good connect within the organization as also with external vendors e.g. landlords, government bodies etc for rapid achievement of Real Estate tasks.
  7. Takes initiative to gain feedback from operations on successes and areas for improvement. Uses this knowledge for future improvement.
  8. Manages, motivates, and evaluates the Regional Real Estate Department Staff, including recruiting, retaining, training, developing and coaching.

Has thorough understanding of Profit & Loss and is responsible for creation of new site / store P&L's.

Key Responsibility Areas

QSC/Sales Building

  1. Should Gain complete understanding of restaurant operations and protects the McDonald’s brand by ensuring that restaurants meet McDonald’s QSC, safety and sanitation standards.
  2. Understands the critical restaurant systems that produce consistently high levels of QSC
  3. Understand & is able to implement restaurant promotions and on-going local (My Store) Marketing plan for the restaurant.
  4. Gains complete knowledge of maintenance of equipment, facility and grounds.
  5. Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

Business Results

  1. Complete working knowledge of Controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.
  2. Complete working knowledge Control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.
  3. Is accountable for creating a positive work environment while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the restaurant management and crew to create and accomplish business and profit plan objectives.
  4. Completes various audits with Senior Managers to ensure that the restaurants meet McDonald’s standard practices and procedures regarding cash, security, etc.
  5. Works with senior managers to ensure that restaurants are appropriately staffed with competent Crew and Restaurant Managers.

People

  1. Understand and learn to demonstrate and reinforce the leadership behaviours and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment from the Crew, Restaurant management team.
  2. Work with senior managers to gain complete understanding of recruiting, screening, hiring, training, and developing employees, sales forecasting and manpower planning.
  3. Should gain knowledge of all appropriate HR policies, labour laws, and security and safety procedures.

Primary responsibility To provide leadership and support to the Operations Team, Restaurants on all HR systems and assists in implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Builds capabilities of key customers in all aspects of Human Resources management. Key customers include the Human Resources Team, Restaurant Management and Market Level Teams.

Key Responsibility Areas

Strategy:

  1. Participates in the development of HR strategies and development of department goals in line with business goals.
  2. Analyses cost and benefits of HR programs and identifies highest impact programs and best use of resources.

HR Systems Implementation:

  1. Partners with Regional Teams, Operations, Training, etc to assist with the implementation of core HR strategies and systems.
  2. Counsels and advises key customers regarding HR programs such as the Performance Development System, Engagement, Rewards and Recognition systems, policies, investigations and development of plans.
  3. Participates in the development and implementation of HR policies. Ensure legal compliance of employment issue.
  4. Coaches with the goal of transferring core people management skills.
  5. Shares responsibility for development and implementation of the regional strategic staffing plan.
  6. Monitors market to ensure that wages and salaries are competitive.
  7. Conducts restaurant audits to ensure compliance with laws and company employee practices
  8. Counsels and advises key customers on HR policies and programs.
  9. Keep abreast with employment laws, industry practices and trends.

Communication and Training:

  1. Ensures clear communication with key customers. Makes presentations and facilitates meetings.
  2. Provides training and development of key customers on HR employment law, HR policies, practices and systems to achieve self-sufficiency and shared accountability.
  3. Partners with Training Department on needs analysis, curriculum design and delivery of HR related classes.
  4. Provides coaching and supervision to HR executive.
  5. Advises and ensures proper grievance handling, termination and dismissal procedures.

Coordination and Administration:

  1. Co-ordinates the administration of the employee survey process. Partners with key customers to interpret survey results, facilitates feedback and coach them in the action planning process.
  2. Anticipates, identifies, and assists in the investigation and resolution of crisis management situations (third party intervention, health and safety issues).
  3. Manages educational initiatives to build contact with campuses.
  4. Analyses and makes recommendations using data relevant to staffing, turnover and transfers.
  5. Review increment guidelines and salary structure.
  6. Headcount and payroll projection for Profit Plan.
