DGM – Real Estate

  1. Partners with the Regional Construction team within an assigned geographical area to optimize Place and to align goals with corporate strategies.
  2. Gathers and analyzes information on the potential of the market and each restaurant in assigned geographical area
  3. Fosters the Team approach to Development within the region.
  4. Develops and utilizes a network of Brokers and other outside consultants.

    Partners with the Area Construction Manager to prioritize development opportunities to ensure best use of capital (e.g., timing, funding and returns) within the region.

  5. Utilizes the Gold Site Development Standards to optimize the sales performance of existing restaurants (e.g., visibility, 24 hour, drive-thru, landscaping, signage, marketing, access).
  6. Maintains good connect within the organization as also with external vendors e.g. landlords, government bodies etc for rapid achievement of Real Estate tasks.
  7. Takes initiative to gain feedback from operations on successes and areas for improvement. Uses this knowledge for future improvement.
  8. Manages, motivates, and evaluates the Regional Real Estate Department Staff, including recruiting, retaining, training, developing and coaching.

  1. Partners with Regional Teams, Operations, Training, etc to assist with the implementation of core HR strategies and systems.
  2. Counsels and advises key customers regarding HR programs such as the Performance Development System, Engagement, Rewards and Recognition systems, policies, investigations and development of plans.
  3. Participates in the development and implementation of HR policies. Ensure legal compliance of employment issue.
